Today during MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” host Joe Scarborough told folks that Donald Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris Agreement convinces him that White House Adviser Steve Bannon is number 45.

Scarborough said to folks, “Time Magazine was right, Steve Bannon is president of the United States.”

And y’all remember that Time Magazine article?  Y’all know, the article with Steve Bannon’s mug on it, along with the words “The Great Manipulator?”

Well, according to ol’ Joe there, manipulating is exactly what Bannon is doing to Trump. Ol’ Joe told folks that Trump is a nimpkoopoo who knows nothing about nothing.

And it will be asinine for anyone to think that ol’ Trump there is guiding that ship.

Here is what ol’ Joe said, “Donald Trump doesn’t know anything about anything…He wonders from sentence to sentence to sentence. So Steve Bannon is now the president of the United States and that was more clear yesterday than ever before, Mika.”
